Staff are always friendly and helpful throughout the practice. The practice is always spotless and well maintained. Re booking is done in advance and the new reminders (email and SMS) are great. I have made recommendations to my friends in the past and will continue to do so.

I trust my dentist implicitly and I was the first patient he saw when he joined the practice several years ago. I am always in awe of his knowkedge, professionalism and experise. He is understanding, kind,, understanding, kind and gentle. He chats to me before he starts, checks if tgere have been any changes to my phisical heakth and lustebs to wgat I have to say. He tells me what he is doing every step of the way and if I have options, he discusses them with me in detail. He gives me after care instructions.He us the best dentust I have ever had and in the beginning I was an extremely nervous patient due to traumatic dental childhood experiences but now because if the way I have been treated by him, I no longer shake almost uncontrllably. He is always reassuring and asks It me if I am ok during any treatment.It has taken more than 65 years to feel relaxed and comfortable at the dentist.I hooe I never have to change him because trust is the key. Friendly welcome from Stacey as always. Went in on time. Patrick was very attentive and reassuring. Always listens, explains everything clearly and you never feel rushed.
