Abigail is not only a superb dentist, but a lovely person also. She always looks after me, and makes sure I am at ease before during and after the dental work. I have known her for around 20 years now, and she has always been extremely helpful, attentive and provides an excellent overall service. She understand that I get a bit nervous attending for dental treatment, but treats me with respect, and she is always counseling me during progress to ensure I try to relax. She describes the work as it is being executed, and shows me the outcome afterwards with pictures where appropriate.

After experiencing a broken tooth I was booked in the same day. Anish Patel made a temporary repair to the tooth and took great care in choosing the shade for the new replacement. The surgery was clean and well equipped and the nurse was very polite and professional

The dental care was very good. There was no pain during the procedure and Rav cared for my nerves. Following the appointment, after the numbness went, I felt a sharp patch. Rav immediately called me back in (same day) and resolved it! Really impressed.

I phoned the receptionist to say I had a problem that I would like my dentist’s opinion with. Vicky took details which she advised she was sending through to my dentist Abi Dundas. A few minutes later I got a call asking if I could get to the surgery straight away, which I could. Within an hour of making that call, I had been seen by my dentist with some antibiotics to take away with me as she could see signs of an infection which would likely lead to an abscess under the tooth. She also detailed a plan to tackle the cause of the infection once back from my holidays.

Abi the dentist is warm and approachable. She was very gentle with my 8yo son and took huge care to explain everything to him. We never felt rushed even though this was an emergency appointment. And she sorted out his problem perfectly.

I’m quite nervous of the dentist and get anxious but Abbie always makes me feel at ease by talking me through everything and just being her lovely caring self!

The reason I was so highly satisfied is that my dentist Mr Roy Patel is excellent, helpfuland nothing is too much trouble.
