Complaints Procedure

Cedar Dental Care view comments and complaints very seriously and try to ensure that all patients are satisfied with their experience of our service. If patients complain, they can expect to be dealt with courteously and promptly so that the matter is resolved as quickly as possible.

We learn from every mistake that we make and we respond to patient's concerns in a caring and sensitive way.

Our practice co-ordinator deals with all complaints and queries for the services we provide.

On conclusion of the investigations the complaint will be reviewed by Roy D. Patel who will ensure any necessary preventative or corrective actions will be implemented where appropriate.

Full and comprehensive records are kept of any complaint received and up to date status of the progress of a complaint is available on request.
